  1. This is a set of MFJ1278 parameters which I have put together from
  2. several sets sent to me by users. I have never used an MFJ TNC, but
  3. the packet parameters seem to be more or less standard TNC2. Please
  4. note that this list does not include settings for the channel
  5. occupancy parameters such as DWAIT, PACLEN, FRACK, RESPTIME, MAXFRAME,
  6. etc - these should be set according to local conditions irrespective
  7. of what program you are using.

  9. I believe the MFJ1278 has several modes available, so you must also
  10. use the appropriate command to put the TNC into packet mode.
